I just had another taste to make sure the flavor was fresh as I made the review. It has a warm silky smooth flavor. It goes wonderfully with a good bread and it cooks well with anything calling for olive oil. Would highly recommend over other makers. The owner is a very kind and generous man and his product, which comes from his homeland, is a great reflection of his character.

The clean taste of this olive oil kept its flavor at all temperatures and did not subtract but rather complimented the fresh fish we prepared. Will certainly use it again and again.

When tasting this olive oil, it’s got a smooth and pungent flavor upon swallow, much like tasting olives themselves. I enjoy the health benefits of this unfiltered oil. It goes great with my Greek salad, as well as sautéed veggies.

This Olive oil is very tasty and pure, the smell is amazing. I eat Salad everyday and The Marble King olive oil is always my main dressing with fresh Lemons.
